Breathwork and meditation changed that. not overnight. not dramatically. just quietly, consistently - until one day I realized I was actually here. present. in my own life.

Now I teach these practices to people who feel the same way I did.

I'm a certified breathwork and meditation teacher with over a decade of experience in wellness - and I still work full time in tech sales. So when I say these tools work in real life, I mean it. I use them every single day.

My approach is simple, grounded, and beginner friendly. You don't need experience. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to show up and try.
